TERMS & CONDITIONS :

  • For all PARCEL X-PRESS services - Minimum Chargeable Weight - 4 Kgs.
  • Above rates include Goods and Services Tax as applicable & Fuel Surcharge 30%
  • Acknowledgement at your doorstep charges - Rs.30/- extra ( Only for Mumbai, Thane, Palghar District )
  • Acknowledgement on your duplicate copy - Rs.30/- extra per copy. ( Only for Mumbai, Thane, Palghar District )
  • Risk Coverage Charges - 3% of declared value or Rs.50/- whichever is higher, if availed.
  • Dox above 2kgs should be booked as Non-Dox & Package above 3 Kgs should be booked as Parcel X-Press.
  • NON-DOX charges - Rs.5/- extra per consignment Note.
  • Maximum weight limit per piece should not exceed 30 Kgs & the dimension length or breadth or height should not exceed 4 ft.
  • Volumetric Weight : Dead / Dry weight or Volumetric weight whichever is higher should be taken while calculating the rates.
    Formula for arriving at Volumetric Weight : L x B x H ( in cms ) / 5000 = Weight
  • Non-Serviceable States : Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Arunachal Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh,Lakshadweep, Nagaland, Pondicherry, Sikkim
