Business Associates are categorized in six segments.
The Direct Channel Partner has an apex position and multiple tasks to perform. He must be a well versed business person with good geographical knowledge . All local Business Associate - District Area Development, Master Exclusive, Multi Unit, Single Unit are served and supported by Business Associate - Direct Channel Partner. As the Direct Channel Partner represent an independent territory of two or more districts, he will assist VICHARE in selecting and appointing a new business associate in the region and also provide necessary training on behalf of VICHARE. He will look upon all the functions like Operations, Sales & Marketing, Route Vehicle Operations, Networking, Training etc. He will be responsible for business development and control the activities of the HUB. He should be also handling large volumes of consignments and attained to corporate clients. In case of any financial emergency of the associate while handling large volumes of shipments , It is the duty of Direct Channel Partner to provide necessary assistance, guideline for obtaining and developing the business. It is the duty of Direct Channel Partner to arrange as well as manage transportation service to and from various Hubs and to the Business Associate in the region and vise versa.
District Channel Partner will purchase the stationery from VICHARE at cost and supply the same to the other Business Associates in the region. He will have to maintain an office setup in the heart of the city / town to enable effective inbound & outbound operations. The Direct Channel Partner should provide proper sitting arrangement for VICHARE’s managers / officials at their own premises who will be visiting for various development and promotional activities from time to time.
The Business Associate - District Area Development represent in an independent territory or district with a region and responsible for business development, operation supervision, maintain network, customer relation and cater service to corporate clients having high volume. They will assist VICHARE in searching, appointing a new Business Associate and also provides training on behalf of VICHARE to other Business Associate. A District Area Development is appointed to head the key location of a district and to monitor and support the entire operations through other Business Associate falling under his territory with the help of Direct Channel Partner. The District Area Development has got all rights to take decisions individually in promoting the business in his territory along with The Direct Channel Partner. He will be responsible for the overall development of the area, handling operation as per the set standards of VICHARE, the Direct Channel Partner and maintaining the relationship with customers and other Business Associate in the assigned territory.
It is the duty of District Area Development to arrange as well as manage transportation service in between the Hubs and the Business Associate in the region and vise versa. He will have to maintain an office setup in the heart of the city / town to enable effective inbound & outbound operations. He will also act as a controlling hub to the Business Associate of his region and will be responsible for the entire inbound and outbound activities of his district/territory. The District Area Development should provide proper sitting arrangement for VICHARE’s managers / officials at their premises who will be visiting for various development and promotional activities from time to time.
Master Exclusive is a Business Associate, who acts as a "Service Centre" on the Company's behalf. Supervising and executing the operational responsibilities of a Service Centre, the Business Associate – Master Exclusive operate out of allotted Locations, with Business Associate - Multi Unit and Single Unit attached to them. He will also act as a controlling point to the other Business Associates of his region and will be responsible for the entire inbound and outbound activities of his territory. A Master Exclusive is appointed to head the key location of a district and to monitor, control and support the entire operations through other Business Associate falling under his territory. Playing the role of an Operations Hub, a Business Associate – Master Exclusive's office is fully computerized and is connected to our data network and responsible for all operations and development of the other Business Associate within its area / region enable effective inbound and outbound operations.
The Master Exclusive has to collect courier packets, parcels from all Business Associate and after entry in computer of those packets he will handover all those packets to authorized hub of VICHARE. He will also act a HUB branch for his district, region wherein the pickups done by other Business Associates and himself will get consolidated at his Service Centre and would be transshipped to the destinations. He will be controlled & monitored by his District Area Development and Direct Channel Partner. The Master Exclusive would have to buy all his required stationery only from his Direct Channel Partner as per the rates prescribed by VICHARE.
These Business Associate Multi Unit, in turn cover the Multiple Pin codes or Cities, Towns, Talukas, villages or territory assigned to them. They are responsible for the development of the business and serving the customers within a extended area. He will be responsible for the deliveries as well as pick - ups of his territory within the stipulated time frame. He will be controlled, assisted & monitored by his Business Associate - District Area Development and Direct Channel Partner. The Multi Unit would have to buy all his required stationery only from his Direct Channel Partner as per the rates prescribed by VICHARE. All the consignment booking should be accepted as per the guidelines provided from time to time. The Business Associate works directly under the District Area Development, in which all booked courier has to submit in authorize hub of VICHARE.
These Business Associate Single Unit, in turn cover the individual Pin code or small Cities, Town, Taluka, village or territory assigned to them. They are responsible for the development of the business and serving the customers within a limited area. He will be responsible for the deliveries and pick - ups of his territory within the stipulated time frame. He will be controlled, assisted & monitored by his Business Associate - District Area Development and Direct Channel Partner.
The Single Unit would have to buy all his required stationery only from his Direct Channel Partner as per the rates prescribed by VICHARE. All the consignment booking should be accepted as per the guidelines provided from time to time. The Business Associate works directly under the District Area Development, in which all booked courier has to submit in authorize hub of VICHARE. That is the duty, to see that all the deliveries, dispatch of consignment, article and parcel etc. are affected properly and in-time and in fulfillment of the special delivery commitment.
The Business Associate – Collection, hereby grants permission to do booking of courier consignment at his premises. All the consignments booking should be accepted as per the guidelines provided to the business associate from time to time.

The Business Associate shall make sale of VICHARE EXPRESS's products and shall work conscientiously for the promotion and sale of company's products, and shall perform his duties and functions under the direction, supervision and control of VICHARE EXPRESS.
